The Team

What began, as Kreis Beall likes to say, with “three and a half team members” — Sandy, Kreis, their young son Sam and one dedicated team member, John Coffey — has grown into a community of more than 1,200 team members across the Blackberry properties.

From artisans like chefs, cheesemakers, master gardeners, preservationists and beekeepers to sommeliers, yoga instructors, interior designers, accountants and hospitality professionals across vocations, each role is essential to creating an experience that feels authentic to this region and defined by Blackberry’s legendary hospitality.
