From the heirloom gardens to the heritage livestock pasture, our Farmstead is a year-round operation constantly adding to the rich history of the Farm and its environs.
The Farmstead team begins to plan out next year’s plantings and prepare the garden beds.
We harvest Winter pea tendrils, edible owers, herbs, greens and microgreens.
Our Garden team mills corn and shells peanuts.
Our milking season begins mid-February.
The first lambs are born mid-February and will continue through late March.
