Estate Rooms

Each of the nine Estate Rooms in the Guest House offer either a king or twin-sized beds. The Estate Rooms feature expanded bathrooms, rooms and outdoor space. The Guest House living room offers overstuffed sofas and chairs, two cozy fireplaces and a stone veranda with Blackberry Farm's signature rocking chairs and a spectacular mountain view.

Traditional rates include meals starting with dinner on your day of arrival through breakfast the day of departure in one of our restaurants during traditional dining hours, along with pantry snacks, pantry non-alcoholic beverages and non-guided activities.
